Depicted, in the bottom half of the image, is the figure of a man walking in an etherial background representative of Winter. He is wearing an overcoat and is facing left. He has suddenly stretched both his hands out sideways and is in the process of falling forward, to the ground; having just been hit full force, in his back, by a large red and green "$" sign (centre right section of image) with a laughing snowball head. The sign is also wearing a red Santa Claus type hat/toque, and a huge pair of yellow snow shoes, which make the actual point of contact with the man's back
