Bartlett Esq illustrated profusely and Beautifully/ "Canadian Scenery" published in London in two volumes/ by George Virtue in 1842./ Appletons Encyclopedia of American Biography 1905/ States that Samuel Latham Mitchell Barlow of New York gave much attention to the collection of rare and curious books/ and prints.
