A travelogue series in which people describe their travels in different lands. Nina Epton, British writer and broadcaster, talks about her visit to Navarre, a region in the Pyrenées in Spain. Her account includes the following actualities: a lottery vendor in Pamplona trying to sel "el gordo" (the fat one), the winning ticket; the chant of a shoe-shine boy; a strawberry vendor; shouts and noises of the running of the bulls in Pamplona during the festival of San Fermin (the running is known as el encierro; the "olé" and band as the bulls enter the ring; a song entitled Farewell My Beloved sung in Basque by a Don Miguel; a Basque wood-cutter's song; a Basque folk tune; and a traditional tune sung at a religious festival in Mesquilda (sp?). <30mn>
