He talks about methods, techniques and tools such as taping, bugs, one-way mirrors, dossiers and surveillance.~The second part of the program looks at the Ookpik, its origins, history, construction and use as a mascot and symbol for trade and commerce. The following people are interviewed: Frank Hamilton; Mitchell Sharp and Jean-Luc Pépin of the Department of Trade and Commerce; and Lorraine Walker and Harold Mitchell of the Department of Northern Affairs.
