This accession consists of Operational and Housekeeping records pertaining to dairy, fruit and vegetables as well as food productions, inspections and animal health maintained by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The accession includes (but is not limited to) records relating to the following subjects: bilingualism in the Department; senior staff meetings; work plans; policies (privatization, contracting, cost recovery); training and development; fresh fruit and vegetables by province; processing and production of various products (honey, maple, potatoes, etc.); inspections; meat surveys; general surveys; tarifs and trade agreement and conferences.
