Wishart Robertson had a keen interest in family history, both of the Robertsons in Barrington Passage and in the Scottish Donnachaidh clan, which encompasses Duncans and Robertsons. Included in this file are papers relating to Robertson's father and grandfather, both of whom served Shelburne County, Nova Scotia as elected representatives. The "Margaret Banks" file includes a letter from Margaret Banks, Wishart's cousin, whose father Wishart was named after. It includes letters and photos about Robertson's father and grandfather, dating from the late 1860s.Source :Privé -
