Fonds consists of 87 documentary films used originally for educational purposes in the Faculty of Education at the University of Toronto, including some material from the Canadian Government Motion Picture Bureau. Also included in fonds is a Fight the pollution lapel button.

In addition, fonds includes a modern print copy of a composite photo of the 1895 University of Toronto graduates in arts.

University of Toronto : On 15 March 1827 a university of the province of Upper Canada was founded by Royal Charter under the name of King's College. By an act of the legislature, King's College was secularized in 1850, and its name changed to the University of Toronto (U of T). Today, the University has campuses in downtown Toronto, Mississauga and Scarborough, over 9,000 faculty and staff, and more than 50,000 graduate and undergraduate students. Moving image material and object was acquired in 1970 and 1979 from the University of Toronto. Photographic material was loaned to the National Archives of Canada in 1952 and copied. Originals were returned to lender.
