Fonds consists of sound recordings documenting proceedings of the International Council on Archives working party on the implications of automatic data processing on archival management and holdings, held in Spoletto, Italy, 1972; proceedings of a meeting of the International Council on Archives held in Ottawa, 1974; and proceedings of the 12th International Congress on Archives, 1992. Also included are moving images documenting the XII International Council on Archives Congress held in Montreal, September 6 to 11, 1992.

Also included is a poster advertising the 5th European Conference on Archives held in Barcelona, Spain, May 27 to 30, 1997, and organized by the International Council of Archives and the Association of Archivists of Catalonia.
