This sub-series comprises 8 files arranged in alphabetical order by subject matter. The majority of the records deals with the 1992 time frame. The records dated 1991 and 1993 were migrated to this sub-series by Fulton's staff in order to close issues or bring forward ongoing issues. The files document Fulton's actions, activities, role and work as National Advocate on Environment and work with the Standing Committee on Environment.

The record types are: incoming correspondence and attachments; Fulton and Staff replies; departmental reports; newsletters from environmental groups; clippings and photocopies of clippings; and reference material.
