This sub-series comprises 11 files arranged in alphabetical order by subject matter. The majority of the records deals with the 1991 time frame. The records dated 1988 to 1990 and 1992 were migrated to this sub-series by Fulton's staff in order to close issues or bring forward ongoing issues. The files document Fulton's actions, activities, role and work as National Advocate on Environment and work with the Standing Committee on Environment.
