It includes agendas, minutes and reports from the annual and executive meetings; correspondence from the President, Secretary-Treasurer, Secretariat, Directors, and other executive members; records relating to the internal committees, such as membership and training, research, and promotional awards, and internal projects such as the archival records survey; publications produced by the organization, including newsletters; bulletins, Canadian Journal of University Continuing Education, Dialogue, directories, handbooks, and other publications and articles, plus correspondence files pertaining to the creation and ongoing work associated with producing such material; correspondence with organizations such as the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada, Canadian Association for Distance Education, Ontario Council for University Continuing Education, UNESCO, and various departments within the federal government; material such as reports, surveys, papers, questionnaires, guidelines, statistics and data produced by, or for, CAUCE and CADESS; and records dealing with financial issues such as assessment fees, financial statements, finance and membership, its research fund and the trust fund.Biographie/Histoire administrative :Canadian Association for University Continuing Education : The Canadian Association for University Continuing Education (CAUCE) is a professional association of deans, directors, senior administrative personnel and practitioners whose professional careers are in university continuing education in Canada. Membership in CAUCE is on an institutional basis with most benefits of membership also extended to professional and affiliate members.
