Seen is a portrait of James Dunsmuir, industrialist and owner of the smelter at Trail, BC; premier of British Columbia (1900-1902); and Lieutenant Governor (1906-1909). Footage shows the long line of automobiles in procession on the way to the cemetery, the monument, and the grave site.~Human Fly Scales Building (1920). The human fly, completing a trans-Canada tour, climbs a building on Douglas Street in Victoria. He performs a handstand on the flag pole and delights spectators.~Victoria Events (1929). A group of old-timers returning to Victoria on an excursion, pose on the steps of the parliament. On a visit to the old homestead, pioneers meet and recall early homesteading days.~Chief Justice Hugh Kennedy (1929). Chief Justice Hugh Kennedy of the Irish Free State visits Victoria.
