Knowles at Upper Woods Harbour, Shelbourne County, Nova Scotia on the hundreth anniversary of his father's birth. Looking out over the farm, which was his ancestral home, Knowles traces the history of his family, recalling significant events, people and places which shaped his own early life. He talks with affection about his father, Stanley Ernest Knowles and mentions some of the ideas and goals he devoted his life to. On his return to Ottawa, Knowles adds comments and corrections to the recording at Upper Woods Harbour and mentions photographs he took the day of his visit and his return to the farm two days later to commemorate the wedding of his parents there on 22 August 1904.Langue :EnglishDétails de l'inventaire : -
