Filmmakers Tina Viljoen and Gwynne Dyer will present to discuss their new film, Harder Than It Looks, which pursues a theme developed by Gwynne Dyer in the Defence of Canada series. The film, produced by the National Film Board of Canada, proposes that Canada leave the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the North American Air Defence Command and adopt a new stance in its dealings with the superpowers, that of militarily self-sufficient but neutral nation. The film is Canada's contribution to a 25-country United Nations series of films entitled "Agenda for a Small Planet".
