Report consists of part of a statement by Local 598 Recording Secretary, Stan Racicot, concerning a letter mailed by Inco to its employees on Tuesday, asking why the union officers refuse to face economic facts. Racicot cites Dominion Bureau of Statistics report on the high cost of living; reports that Inco is the only large company that is holding the line on no wage increases in 1958; and suggests that Inco look at these economic facts. He also reports that Mr. R.V.
