This album, comprised of 91 pages on which 324 photographs are mounted, consists of works by R. Tash, O.S. and R.S. Finnie, L.D. Livingstone, G.H. Valiquette, and W.H.B. Hoare. The 1924 photographs are by Roy Tash and document the Eastern Arctic Patrol (E.A.P.) expedition aboard the C.G.S. Arctic, with F.D. Henderson as officer in charge. The 1925 photographs are by the Finnies, L.D. Livingstone, and G. Valiquette and document the E.A.P. aboard the Arctic, with G.P. Mackenzie as officer in charge. Both E.A.P. expeditions detail the opening of new R.C.M.P. detachments, as well as Inuit from Greenland and other Arctic areas, including Arctic Highlanders. The 1930 photographs are by Hoare and document a trip to the northern part of Thelon Game Sanctuary and relaying supplies there with the assistance of Inuit.
