Included are sequences on Lunenburg Harbour with sailing schooners at anchor; the Confederation Building in Charlottetown; scenes of Quebec City; views of Mount Royal, sky-scrapers, caleches, and Ste-Catherine Street in Montreal; busy traffic in the vicinity of what is now Confederation Square in Ottawa with street cars; the wheat harvest; and Canadian National Railway trains throughout.~The sequence on the beautification of Ottawa shows alternate shots of polluted stretches and verdant, manicured park land in Ottawa. Shown is an establishing shot of Ottawa from the Laurier Street bridge as well as footage of City Hall, the post office, and the Parliament Buildings with the canal in the lower foreground.
