The correspondence is from the Office of the Deputy Postmaster General and is addressed to Members of Parliament and to editors and publishers of newspapers. The correspondence relates to the purchase and discontinuance of subscriptions (Vol. 956) and to the granting of free mailing privileges (Vols. 957-967).
