Correspondence, returns, fee books, registers and other documents relating to the Court of Requests and to other courts, 1798-1864, have been segregated as a series. Records of the Court of Requests include registers and lists of commissioners, correspondence, petitions, and documents relating to cases heard, 1833-1841 (volumes 3-13). Volumes 13 and 14 contain documents relating to the appointment and removal of magistrates in the London and Gore districts, 1838-1843, and lists of magistrates in all districts, 1841-1843.

The links between the lists of causes and fees in the Court of Queen's Bench, 1837-1842 (volums 1-2) and the returns of fines and forfeitures, reports and related correspondence from sheriffs and clerks of the peace, 1798-1833 and 1842-1844 (volumes 16-17) and the audited public accounts (see RG 1, E 15 B and E 15 C), and records of the Inspector General of Public Accounts (see RG 5, B 34) have yet to be investigated. The documents relating to the case of Regina vs. McKinnon et al. (volume 18) also awaits investigation to determine its proper location.
