It begins with a feature on how Ottawa has changed over the past several decades. It includes film of the Ottawa rock group of the 1960s, the Esquires, an interview of Mick Jagger during a visit to Ottawa, the Capitol Theatre, the demolition of the old post office and other buildings, a view of what Rideau Street looked like before the Rideau Street bus mall was built, and the Sparks Street mall at the time of its opening in 1960. Co-host Cory O'Kelly spends a day as parking control officer, commonly known as a green hornet. An Aylmer man who imitates Elvis Presley is profiled. There is a visit to the store Mags and Fags, which stocks newspapers from all over the world.
