Highlights of the sixth game of the 1962 World Series in which the San Francisco Giants beat the New York Yankees 5-2 to even their best of seven series at three apiece. On film: Yankee left-handed pitcher Whitey Ford delivers to Giant outfielder Felipe Alou who singles off the glove of third baseman Clete Boyer; the ball fielded by shortstop Tony Kubek; Ford attempting to pick Alou off second, throws past second baseman Bobbie Richardson and Alou scores as Richardson and outfielders Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris converge on the ball; Giant infielder Orlando Cepeda doubles and outfielder Willie Mays scores, right-hander Jim Coates and left-hander Bud Davey warm-up in the Yankee bullpen; outfielder Jim Davenport scores Cepeda with a single; Maris hits a home run, his name superimposes on the picture as he rounds the bases and is congratulated by his teammates; and winning pitcher, Giants left-hander Bill Pierce.
