Fonds consists of textual records including correspondence, 1968-1976; minutes of the executive, 1969-1978; circulars, and pamphlets of the Jewish War Veterans of Canada.

Fonds also contains photographic material, 1968-1977, depicting activities of the Jewish War Veterans of Canada, graves of Jewish Canadian military personnel killed during World War II, photos taken in cemetaries in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany.

Fonds also consists of a video recording of the documentary No Greater Honour, A Record of Canadian Jewish Military Service, 1987, produced by the Jewish War Veterans of Canada.

Jewish War Veterans of Canada : The Jewish War Veterans of Canada was founded in Montreal in 1968 and received a federal charter in 1969.

The objectives of the J.W.V.C. are (1) instil a sense of unity, patriotism, and bilingualism amongst Canadians, (2) act as a spokesman for Jewish war veterans by making presentations to the Federal and Quebec Governments on matters of common concern, and (3) act as a service organization on behalf of its membership and the community. Among its many activities, the J.W.V.C. has organized a multi-ethnic music festival in Montreal, participated in the International Conference of Jewish War veterans in Jerusalem in 1976, and donates time, effort, and money towards helping other veterans, senior citizens, mentally disabled children, and the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets.
