File consists of 1 photograph album with the title: "Photographs Illustrating Points Connected with Seal Fisheries in the North Pacific.'' The photographs were possibly taken by George M. Dawson and R. Maynard and were submitted to the Bering Sea Tribunal of Arbitration in Paris, France. The photographs have detailed captions and are of landscapes of the disputed areas where seal hunting by the British and the United States was taking place, specifically St. Paul's Island, St. George Island, several photographs of the Canadian Sealing Fleet laid up in Victoria Harbour during frozen winter conditions, and prints which document the killing and skinning of seals on the island.
