File consists of an interview with Ada and Ron Lockridge titled "Canada." The interview was conducted by Silver Donald Cameron as part of The Green Interview. File includes video of the interview, printed transcript, and closed captioning file.

From the introduction to the interview: "Canadians don't have the right to a healthy environment because the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms doesn't include any such right. Or does it? Ada Lockridge and Ron Plain believe that it does. Ada and Ron are members of the Aamjiwnaang First Nation, a native community in the heart of Ontario's notorious "Chemical Valley," which pumps out more air pollution than the entire provinces of Manitoba or Saskatchewan or New Brunswick. With the worst air in Canada, Aamjiwnaang suffers from really alarming health problems, including high levels of leukaemia, Hodgkin's disease, asthma and the miscarried pregnancies. So, Ron Plain and Ada Lockridge-aided by the environmental law organization Ecojustice-launched a lawsuit in 2010 arguing that their charter rights to life, liberty and security of the person-and equality-are being violated by the Ontario government's permission for the expansion of these toxic industries. If they win, Ron and Ada will have shown that you and I and all Canadians do have the right to a healthy environment; a right that has never before been a meaningful part of Canadian law."

From The Green Interview website: Ron Plain and Ada Lockridge are members of the Aamjiwnaang First Nation, a native community in the heart of Ontario's notorious "Chemical Valley" near Sarnia, which according to the World Health Organization has the worst air quality in Canada-pumping out more air pollution than the entire provinces of Manitoba or Saskatchewan or New Brunswick. They are also the plaintiffs in a Charter of Rights and Freedoms case that could transform Canadian Environmental Law.
