General note:

The records in this accession consist of Executive Administration and classified registry files. The Executive Administration files relate to various functions of the Executive Secretariat, including the following: conferences and committees; metric conversion; tariffs, electric power; railway advisory boards; transportation of dangerous goods; coal shipments to Japan; personnel organization; appointments of Ministers' parliamentary assistants; special committee on statutory instruments; and the standing senate committee on national finance.
