Cardboard sheets; cover sheets of a woven material and heavy paper or possibly cardboard; 2 brass paper fasteners used to hold all sheets together; black ink calligraphy; red ink underlining and border; blue ink signatures on pages 21, 23, 25 and 27; 9 red paper seals on page 21; 12 seals on page 23; 10 seals on page 25; 13 seals on page 27; 8-sided red- and-white sticker on page 1, lower left corner.

Note on the state of conservation:

Sheets are worn and dirty, especially the edges; 4 holes on the left edge of each sheet; cover and bottom sheets especially worn and dirty, edges torn, pieces missing; white reinforcement circles on pages 1-2 in 2 locations.
