Cardboard sheets; cover sheets of a woven material and heavy paper or cardboard; 2 brass paper fasteners used to hold all sheets together; black ink calligraphy; red ink underlining and border; blue ink signatures on pages 17, 19, 21; 8 red paper seals on page 17, 13 on page 19, 9 on page 21; 8-sided red and white sticker on page 1 lower left corner.

Note on the state of conservation:

Sheets are dirty, especially edges; 4 holes on left edge of each sheet; cover and bottom sheets dirty, edges worn, torn, pieces missing.
