Series consists of maps and plans collected by Mr. Chevrier reflecting his involvement in the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority and his role as Minister of Transport. Series includes: a bird's-eye view of the St. Lawrence Seaway from Montreal westward to the Welland Canal; a route map of gas and oil pipelines; four floor plans of the Air Terminal Building, Dorval, P.Q.; a perspective drawing for Abbatiale de St. Benoit du Lac Sanctuaire de l'unite nationale et du l'ecumenisme; two plans of an unidentified vessel prepared by Milne, Gilmore and German, naval architects; five plans for a harbour proposal, Cornwall, Ontario; a volume relating to the Canadian government application to the International Joint Commission re development of power in the International Rapids Section of the St. Lawrence River; a map of Great Lakes deep-draft harbours; drawings of the Honore, Mercier and Jacques Cartier bridges; a preliminary study of the highway bridge at Verdun-Nuns Island-St. Lambert; a topographical map of Morrisburg; a map of Montreal harbour; and four atlases relating to the St. Lawrence River; the St. Lawrence waterway project; the International Section of the St. Lawrence River and an atlas factice of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence basin development.
