Item is a fire insurance plan of Toronto, Ontario and vicinity. It is "From special survey. From registered plans showing all buildings and lot numbers". It includes six unnumbered sheets: a title page, two pages with edition information and revision slips , a table of contents and street index page, and two pages with the continuation of the street index. Plates are numbered 1-50. Plate 1 is a Key Plan. Plate 30 shows "Island of Hiawatha, St. George's Ward, City of Toronto" in which "The water lines and buildings are only approximately located from sketch survey". Plate 43 is "Formerly Parkdale."
