Scope and content:

Photographs of members of the Communist Party of Canada, of the Labor Progressive Party, and of affiliate branches of these parties. Photographs of activities of the parties, including election campaigns, marches, demonstrations, speeches, committee meetings, annual meetings. Portraits, both formal and informal, of various members and leaders of the party; activities and portraits of various members and executive of the Young Communist League; Mr Brian Mossop, candidate for the Communist Party of Canada in the by-election in the Toronto constituency of St George. Also included is one half-tone printing plate entitled: "Norman Bethune in China".
