Scope and content:

The series consists of documents on various projects Veronica Tennant has been working on during the course of her career as a dancer (ballerina), stage performer, director and producer, speaker and host for fundraising events an active supporter of charitable organizations.

The material is arranged in sub-series : National Ballet of Canada files, CBC files, Production and direction, Charitable work and cultural activism, Dance teaching - Dance companies, General career files, Narration and other performances and Honour and awards.

The sub-series General career files was created following subsequent accruals to the fonds (2004 and 2006) to include projects on various topics, while the Narration and other performances sub-series was created following the accrual of 2019 to gather records that reflect her work as a stage performer, a narrator, a theatre director and choreographer, for examples, that was not covered by other sub-series.

The first set of photographs have been boxed separately from the textual records, as part of the photo collection. For Accruals between 2006 and 2018 donation black & white photos where filed with the textual records, the colour photographs were boxed seperately. For accruals of 2019, all photographs are again boxed seperately from textual.
