General note:

Accession consists of plans prepared for display purposes. The projects in this format include: the Confederation Square Development, John B. Parkin Associates, 1962; National Capital Region Plan, Project Planning Associates Limited, 1967; and the NCC Sparks & Wellington Park Study for the Garden of the Provinces. In addition, there are low altitude aerial photos of the region, subdivision maps, and some Greber report material.
Oversize items within this accession include the following projects: Confederation Square Development; Greber Report material; and the Sparks & Wellington Park Study. Researchers are advised that these items will not be circulated from the Renfrew Archives Centre.
The Greber material is reproduced elsewhere, for example: in the Plan for the national capital, preliminary report, 1948; and the Plan for the national capital, general report, 1950.

Note on the state of conservation:

Cartographic material: The Parc Moussette survey and some remote-sensing images of subdivisions need repairs to tape residue.

Accession transferred in June 1981 from the National Capital Commission.
