Series consists of records created and maintained by the Grand Trunk Railway Company and includes agreements, not only made between the Grand Trunk and other railways, companies, municipalities and provinces, but similar agreements entered into by railways that were subsequently absorbed by the Grand Trunk.

Vol 15846 includes an Agreement between the Grand Trunk Railway Company of Canada and The Montreal and Southern Counties Railway Company, 1906, with revisions to 1924.

Vol. 16349-16350 includes agreements between the GTR and the Central Vermont Railway (1866) and relating to the GTR and the H.A Allan Line (1901); and various agreements, acts, and petitions relating to the International Bridge Company (1857-1864).

Vol. 16355 includes a contract with the firm Peto, Brassey, and Betts that shows a plan and conveyance for workers cottages at Point St. Charles (1855) and various other miscellaneous contracts for various goods (including shovels and iron buckets and steel tined wheels); a conveyance between the GTR and the George A. Cox and the Midland Railway (1892).

Cartographic material (RG30M 1997-00256-6) consists of a right of way and track map of the Champlain & St. Lawrence Railway from station 0 to 61+99.6 (Rouses Point, N.Y.), prepared by the Office of the Chief Engineer, Grand Trunk Railway, 30 June 1917 (revised to 1926).
