This sub-series consists of both textual records and electronic records.

The textual records consist of speeches arranged in chronological order, n.d., 1974-1993. The speeches, drafts, statements and video messages document Mr. Mulroney's position on national and international issues as Leader of Opposition and as Prime Minister. (Vols. 1-53)

The electronic records consist of speeches, drafts, and speech notes that were generated by PMO staff during the conduct of their day to day business. The speeches have been arranged in chronological order. (Vol. 54)
