The majority of these reports consist of a single page form completed per accident. The reports contain a summary of the accident investigation and conclusion and includes information such as aircraft type, registration mark, date and time, operation, locale, latitude and longitude, weather, total hours, description of occurrence, type of injuries to crew and passengers and assigned cases of the accident.Provenance:Additional information:General note:Researchers should consult the attached item level descriptions (see the "Consists of" field) for a full list of all reports found in this file. These item level descriptions include content extracted from the original report including the location and time of the accident. If applicable, the name of the aircraft owner and the pilot may also be found in the subject heading fields. Please note that the date field refers to the date of the accident and not the date that the report was created.Source of title:The title for the documents in this file were assigned by Library and Archives Canada. Item level titles consist of the aircraft registration number followed by the aircraft model.Arrangement note:The physical arrangement of these reports was done by Library and Archives Canada staff. They have been organized into file folders by the year of the accident and are arranged in numerical order by serial number.
