Series consists of the CPR's Lake Louise Chalet (later renamed Château Lake Louise in 1896) guest register, 1889-1892; microfilm copy of Glacier House register, which contains pamphlets and other material.V

The Lake Louise Chalet, also known as Lake Louise Hotel, was a log chalet. It burnt down in 1892 and was rebuilt in 1893, and named The Chalet.
