Canadian Corporation for the 1967 World Exhibition. Secretariat : Le secrétariat était l'entité officielle liant les divers departments de la corporation et la Compagnie au Conseil d'administration ou au Comité exécutif. En ayant établi en 1963 comme "secrétaire-archiviste", le Secrétariat était chargé de la préparation des documents d'information de la Compagnie pour leur diffusion aux directeurs, de la conservation des procès-verbaux du Conseil d'administration et de tous les comités et sous-comités, et également de la conservation des documents importants et officiels de la Compagnie. Le Secrétariat était formé de l'Administration, du Service juridique et du Service des relations de travail.
L'Administration était responsable de la préparation des documents exigés pour les nombreuses réunions tenues, de l'organisation des réunions et de la rédaction des procès-verbaux. L'Administration était également responsable du Conseil d'administration et du Comité exécutif du Conseil d'administration, de la Direction, du Comité d'ouverture des soumissions publiques, du Comité consultatif du Conseil, du Collège des Commissaires généraux de Section et des Exposants privés. De plus, l'Administration agissait à titre d'agent de liaison entre les gouvernments provinciaux, le fédéral et avec la Ville de Montréal.
Le Service juridique était chargé de la rédaction de règlements spéciaux se rapportant à la construction, aux transports, au dédouanement et à la manutention, aux concessions commerciales, aux commodités, à l'hygiène et aux installations sanitaires, aux assurances, à l'entrée sur le site et à la protection de la propriété industrielle. Le Service juridique était également responsable de rédiger, négocier et de conclure les contrats pour les divertissements et les spectacles, les concessions et octrois de licences de même que pour les contrats couvrant des services divers comme la sécurité, le stationnement, le transport, les services en cas d'incendie et le traitement des eaux usées.
