It consists of a study on postwar governmental policies and their evolution since World War II with regard to immigration, refugees, and war criminals.
Alti Rodal's report was part of the Deschênes Commission records, which were transferred to Library and Archives Canada, by the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Section of the Department of Justice Canada, in January 2011.Additional information:Availability of other formats note:The linked electronic copy is a digitized version of the entire report.
