This poster titled Opening Doors Today's was designed by the artist Ian S. Jones. Nearly two-thirds of it displays drawings of the faces of four prominent members of the black community in Toronto: Zanana L. Akande, Charles E. Archibald, Dwight Drummond and Tonya Lee Williams. The four portraits have Canadian flags as background and dark wood doors inserted between them. Portraits of individuals and doors are in three dimensions, that effect being achived by the superposition of several layers of glossy paper. The last third of the poster is occupied by a small portrait of Carter G. Woodson, as well as his biography and those of the four other people drawn on this poster. The poster also includes the following sentence: "In Celebration of Black History Month Vision Designs Presents Today's Opening Doors" and the logos of seven organizations in the Toronto area.
