File contains four annotated maps. The first map is titled "Indian Treaties" and was published by the Dept. of Mines and Technical Surveys (1961). It shows Quebec as defined in 1763. The second map was created by gluing together pieces of published maps of Ontario and includes annotations to show the borders of the "Royal Proclamation", "Iroquois", "Algonkin Country", "Chippewa + Mississauga Treaties", Saugeens-Ottawas-Pottawotamies", "Robinson-Huron", "Treaty 9" and "Robinson Superior". The third map is titled "Indian Treaties" and was published by the Dept. of Mines and Technical Surveys (1961). It was annotated to show areas of unceded land, areas of ceded land and/or hunting rights, and area where surrender was not valid. The fourth map is titled "Indian Treaties" and was published by the Dept. of Mines and Technical Surveys (1961). It was also annotated to show the same concepts as the third map.
