Documented in the album include military activities around Ghent, Maldegem, Eeklo, Neuzen, Fort de Brasschaet, Dieppe, Sluiskil, Cappelle, Schoten, Scheldt Pocket, Leopold Canal, Ossendrecht, Biervliet, Bockhoute, and Ostend. Other subjects and scenes featured in the album include; Ralston visiting the troops in France and Eighth Canadian General Hospital in Belgium, Queens Own Camerons, embarking for a bridgehead on the Scheldt, amphibious vehicles in action, troops receiving mail, baby clinic in Destelbergen.
