The prints in this album document Canadian army activities in Italy February 7, 1944 - March 17, 1944. The album documents activities around Osogna and Ortona, Subjects featured include; radio equipment, artillery cannons, ambulance train, armour, anti-aircraft, Canadian Army ski patrol, Canadian Woman's Army Corps, scenes from the Maple Leaf and Spur Club, a ski patrol in mountainous terrain, and the changing of the guard of the Lorne Scots and Seaforth Highlanders. Hospital scenes are also included in the album that shows nurses, wounded, medical equipment, surgery, and ambulances.
