It includes photographs of Mr. Harper at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Hanoi, Vietnam (November 15-19). The Prime Minister took advantage of the trip to hold bilateral meetings with the following prime ministers: Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Australian Prime Minister John Howard and New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark. The sub-sub-series also documents the recognition of the Québécois as a nation in the House of Commons (November 27).
