File documents merger to create the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union (CEP) including: merger negotiations, interim reports, updates to members, committee meetings, organizational structure, and other matters. File also includes the agreement for merger between International Brotherhood of Pulp, Sulphite and Paper Mill Workers and the United Papermakers and Paperworkers (1972) and a collective agreement between the CEP and the ROU, RNU and NRU. Photographs depict the merger committee. Posed portraits depict the CWC members of the commttee (L-to-R: Ralph Wyatt, Linda Mackenzie-Nicholas, Jo-Ann Swayze, Fred Pomeroy, and unidentified), the ECWU members of the committee (L-to-R: Gord Steinniger, Henri Gauthier, R.C.
