Files from Air Transport block 5258 and 5260 from Ontario Region [textual record]

Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Air Regulations Department for the Ontario Region. These files are mostly from file block 5258, which deals with companies, flying clubs, and schools. These files document the licencing history of each air carrier, new aircraft approvals, existing aircraft inspection reports, company check pilot authorizations, air regulation non-comformance findings, avionics, and air service audits. Also included in this accession are files from block 5260, which concerns operating certificates, providing an unbroken record of the licensing/operational history of the various aircraft operators in Canada. These files do not have prefixes.
