The records in this accession consist of operational files created in the Vancouver Regional Office, and relate to the audit function of the OAG for federal departments and agencies: Indian Affairs and Northern Development, Employment and Immigration, the Yukon Territorial Government, Department of Public Works, Transport Canada, Canada Post, Revenue Canada, Solicitor General, Environment Canada, etc. The records comprise the audit working files of the Vancouver Regional Office, in effect, the correspondence, memoranda, reports, notes, and financial data collected during individual audits over a period of years. Each Department or agency has been assigned a primary file block range, with secondaries assigned according to subject matter.
