(On env.:) At Fort Rae. Around the Treaty Tent, where the Indian Agent discusses with the Dogrib... in full dress - stetson, scarlet tunic and everything (incidentally one of the Treaty conditions). After everything has been trashed and the chief has "talked hard" every man woman and child receive Five dollars from H.M. Canadian Govt., now their "father".
