Notice to postmasters of the establishment of the Railway Mail Service Branch, under the controllership of Mr. B. M. Armstrong, with headquarters in Ottawa, to go into operation on the 1st April, 1897., Explanations of division locations, duties of employees, and lists of cities and divisions with superintendents to which they report., List of cities whose Railway Mail Superintendents and Clerks will report to the new branch: Halifax, St. John, Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, London, Winnipeg, and Vancouver.
