The files contain a variety of documentation on the various aspects of his/her incarceration, including the administration of the sentence (admission and discharge), interaction within the institution (conduct and behaviour), medical and psychological treatment, education and training. In some cases, there is documentation relating to the administration of parole or other forms of conditional release; for these files, there can be links to related records within National Parole Board (R932) or Department of Justice Remissions Branch (R188-52-0-E).
