Also includes two newspaper articles about First Nations soldiers the "Fighting 52nd". Individuals mentioned include Pte. A. Belanger, Fort William Band, the first soldier of First Nations descent to be awarded a war medal; Gunner Ignatius Singleton of Fort William Band; Pte. P. Pelly of Grassy Narrows; Pte. David Lands of Eagle Lake; Pte. W. Semia (sp) of Cat Lake; Pte. D.
